Owners live next door and are available to answer any questions you may have on arrival.

Location

This self catering house is located in the village of Annaclone, 5 miles from Banbridge and 4 miles from Rathfriland. It is easy accessible to the cities of Newry and Belfast, and the Outlet Shopping Mall is only a short journey away.

  • 2 Living Rooms - one with a cosy open fireplace.
  • Kitchen - 5 ring stove, grill, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. Extra freezing facilities can be provided for fishermen if required . A large table to accomodate 8 persons.
  • 4 Bedrooms: sleeps up to 8 people
    • Bedroom 1 - 1 double bed + ensuite
    • Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds + washing facility
    • Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds + washing facility
    • Bedroom 4 - 1 double bed
  • TV with DVD in two of the bedrooms.
  • 1 Bathroom with walk in shower and bath.
  • Entertainment: DVD, TV, freeview, radio. Wireless internet access for your laptop. Barbeque facilities.
  • Suitability: wheelchair accessible, pets catered for.
  • Outside: front landscaped garden. Private parking at front and rear.
